I have a favor to ask y'all. My pal dcrmom from the blog Musings of a Housewife has been nominated for Best Local Blog in Philadelphia. Home of the cracked bell and cheese steak and all that. Oh, and cream cheese. Would it trouble you too much to go over there and vote for her?
She is neck-and-neck with another blogger for first place, and dcrmom's blog totally rocks. There is parenting, there is fashion, there is chocolate.
If she wins, I will be cool by association, and then all of you will be cool because you know me. It's kind of like being in P Diddy's entourage. Do you like how hep I am that all I can come up with for a cool person is P Diddy? And does he even call himself that anymore?
Dcrmom is my first friend I made in blogging. Basically, if you're reading me now, it all stems back to dcrmom. She linked to my blog before anyone else, and everyone who followed had some link to her. Kind of like how all our DNA can be traced to Mitochondrial Eve. She is my Mitochondrial Eve.
